No. LearnBoard only reads your LMS, and it cannot alter a single record. The connection is read only at the database level, so there is no setting to get wrong and nothing that can write back, on any plan.
No. Setup runs in the browser. You supply the connection details your LMS host already has, and LearnBoard does the rest.
Minutes, not a project. You connect, LearnBoard reads the structure of your LMS, and the core dashboards are populated the same session.
Your LMS data stays where it lives. LearnBoard queries it live and does not copy your database. The reports it builds, your accounts and the audit trail live in LearnBoard, kept in a separate space per organisation, and only the people you give a role to can see them.
Only what your own roles allow, and no more than the person asking is entitled to. Names, emails, ID numbers and addresses are never sent to any AI provider.

The shape of your LMS, not the contents. It receives table and column names so it can write a question, never rows of data. That question is checked against a fixed list of analytical tables, capped at a thousand rows, and run on the read only connection. When results come back to be turned into a sentence, anything touching a name, email, ID number, phone or address is passed as a count, not a list.
