One Read-only Connection.
Fifty Dashboards Behind It.

Every dashboard, chart and report is drawn on your own LMS numbers in the session you connect. Nothing to model, nothing to migrate, nothing that can write back. Works with LearnNoow and Moodle.

Fifty dashboards

Across eight sector packs and a platform pack. They exist before you connect and fill the day you do.

AI on every card

Ask a question in English, or click Ask AI and have the card read back to you in a few sentences.

Boards of your own

Pin any card onto a personal board. It redraws live, and everybody gets their own.

Inside your LMS

Two free plugins mount the real charts into your own LMS pages, with nothing boxed in a frame.

The whole product

Ten things one connection gives you, each with a page of its own.

What the connection gives you

The catalogue

The screens exist before you connect anything

Fifty dashboards across eight sector packs and a platform pack. There is no modelling step, no setup wizard and no blank canvas. You give LearnBoard read access to your LMS database, it reads the structure, and the Core dashboards fill the same session.

The cohort comparison dashboard in LearnBoard, one intake against another, filled with the synthetic demo dataset

The assistant

Every chart can explain itself

An Ask AI button sits on every card, on every plan including the free one. Click it and LearnBoard reads that card back to you in two to four sentences. Type a question instead and it becomes a safe, read-only lookup against the data you already connected.

Inside your LMS

It does not have to sit beside your LMS

Two companion plugins place the real, living charts straight onto your LMS pages. Not a picture, and not a box showing another website. Staff arrive already signed in through the Moodle session, and learners see only their own record.

A personal LearnBoard dashboard, the same components the Moodle block mounts into a course page

Use cases

Twelve questions an LMS cannot answer, and the screen that answers each one.

None of these was built for a demo. Each is in the catalogue, sold from the plan named on its chip, and fills with your own numbers the day you connect.

The difference

What changes when the dashboards already exist

Without LearnBoard

  • a report writer, or a developer, for one answer
  • Exports that are stale before the meeting starts
  • Every sector metric rebuilt by hand, every time
  • Nobody sees the learner falling behind until it is too late

With LearnBoard

  • Fifty dashboards, filled the day you connect
  • Read only towards your LMS, three layers deep
  • An AI button on every card, on every plan
  • The real charts on your own LMS pages, with nothing boxed in a frame

Questions

Questions about the product before you connect anything.

What is LearnBoard?

LearnBoard is a reporting and analytics console for organisations that run LearnNoow or Moodle. It connects to the LMS database read-only and presents what is already in there as fifty dashboards a manager can read without knowing SQL or Moodle's internals.

Does it change anything in our LMS?

No, and it cannot. The connection is opened read-only, the database account only needs select, and a query validator rejects anything that is not SELECT, WITH, SHOW, DESCRIBE or EXPLAIN. Three separate things would have to fail before a write could happen. The Moodle plugins modify no core files.

Which platforms are supported?

LearnNoow and Moodle. Every release is tested against the oldest and the newest Moodle we support before it ships, so an upgrade on your side does not break your charts.

How long before we see our own numbers?

The same session. You give LearnBoard read access to the LMS database you already run, it reads the structure, and the Core Analytics dashboards populate. There is nothing to migrate and no second place your learner records live.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing, and no card is taken. Signing up opens everything for 14 days and then settles to the free plan, which keeps fifteen dashboards, your connection and your data for as long as you want them.

Who is it for?

L and D managers, training administrators, compliance officers, registrars, instructors and executive sponsors of organisations running LearnNoow or Moodle. Eight sector packs exist because a compliance officer and a school principal are not asking the same question.

Which platforms does LearnBoard support?

LearnNoow and Moodle. Connect either one read-only and the same dashboards, charts, alerts and AI answers run on it. Nothing is installed on LearnNoow; Moodle has two free companion plugins.
