Is LearnBoard a drop-in replacement for IntelliBoard?
If your LMS is LearnNoow or Moodle, it covers the same job: dashboards, cohort and course analytics, risk surfacing and compliance reporting, on a read-only connection. If you also run Canvas, Blackboard or D2L, it is not, because we support LearnNoow and Moodle.
What does LearnBoard cost compared with IntelliBoard?
Ours is published: free, $99, $399 and $899 a month, with Enterprise quoted. IntelliBoard's is not published anywhere on their site, so an honest comparison is not possible until you have both quotes.
How long does switching take?
Connecting is minutes rather than a project, because nothing is migrated. You give LearnBoard read access to the same LMS database and the Core dashboards fill in the same session.
Do we lose our historical data?
No, because your history is in your LMS, not in the reporting tool. LearnBoard reads what is there. The history window on your plan controls how far back it will look: 90 days on Free, 395 on Pro, unlimited from Business up.
What does IntelliBoard do that LearnBoard does not?
Several LMS platforms, and a customer base with named institutions publicly attached to it. If multi-LMS coverage or that kind of reference matters more than published pricing and a published screen list, they are the stronger choice.
